Handsome Pete from the seventh season Simpsons episode "Bart the Fink." Bart accidentally exposes Krusty for tax fraud and the vile clown fakes his own death. Bart and Lisa figure out that Krusty is still alive and working down by the pier as a diver, salvaging shipwrecks for scrap metal. They ask the Sea Captain to identify Krusty by his image on an underinflated balloon to which the Sea Captain replies, "Aye, that's Handsome Pete. He dances for nickles." Handsome Pete appears, a grotesquely distorted image of Krusty who plays the accordion and will indeed dance for hours for a few coins.
